Service Techs Eddie and Roe performed our seasonal service this afternoon. They were extremely customer friendly and identified a couple of impending issues with our aging Trane box unit. When they departed, the unit was clean and runs quieter than it has in years! This company installed our unit in 2016 and we’ve been more than satisfied with their customer service these past 10 years. We can not recommend Deals enough! Shortly after we bought our house, the AC went out. We haven’t been here long enough to have “a guy for that” yet and we are so thankful we found Tim at Deals! I couldn’t be happier with the service from Deals Heating & Air. My AC went out, and Eddie came out the very next day. He quickly diagnosed the problem, replaced the motor, and had everything up and running in no time. He was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain what was wrong. Of course, my heating had to break down during the coldest week of the year! I called Deal’s, and I was blown away by their response time—a technician was at my house in less than two hours. The service was incredibly professional and they diagnosed the issue immediately. The problem turned out to be the thermostat, and since it was still under warranty with the manufacturer, they actually lent me a temporary one to use while they sent mine in for the claim.
